Shipping and transport costs are calculated according to the volume and weight of the selected products, as well as the final destination. We deliver to more than 100 countries worldwide.


We only work with leading forwarding agents, with branches all over the world, specialising in the transport of furniture. All orders are covered by a goods insurance with a carrier policy for domestic shipments. For all shipments, both domestic and international, all-risk insurance can be requested that covers any damage during transport, thus guaranteeing maximum security for buyers. The amount is calculated according to the value of the goods.


The average time, barring unforeseen events or delays, for an order is as follows

  • 8-10 weeks for PRODUCTION of furniture: from the moment the order is confirmed until the goods are available in our warehouse (excluding August and December);
  • 1 week for QUALITY CHECK: in this phase we check the conformity and integrity of the goods, preparing the shipment to the address indicated;
  • 1-2 weeks for DELIVERY within the European Union countries;
  • 2-6 weeks for DELIVERY to non-EU countries.

International deliveries do not include, unless specifically agreed, customs fees, taxes, duties or costs arising from quarantine or fumigation (e.g. for Australia), which must be paid by the customer prior to delivery. Non-payment may cause delays (for which Lato Home is not responsible) and, in the most serious cases, the return of the goods to our warehouse with additional costs. In some countries, we can also calculate and pay these costs for the customer by offering an All Inclusive Service (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).

For international orders, installation or assembly of products is only carried out if previously agreed upon.

In the absence of specific agreements, all deliveries are made exclusively at street level, only in areas accessible to medium/large trucks (feasibility and costs must be confirmed for restricted traffic zones and historical centres). Transport inside the building, to upper floors, unpacking and assembly are not included. It is required that the customer provides assistance in unloading bulky items.

If the order includes several items, unless otherwise agreed, a single shipment will be made, which will only take place once all products have arrived in the warehouse and quality control has been completed.

You can collect the products personally from our warehouse, a free option available for all products.

If you wish to pick up directly, you can come to our showroom in Todi (Pantalla, Via Tiberina Sud, 191) after the arrival of the products and quality control, during the following hours:

Mon-Fri: 8.30-13.00 / 14.30-18.00

Standard delivery

If the destination of the goods is a flat, a single-level or multi-storey house, the goods will be delivered to the entrance of the building, at street level. Standard delivery does not include the transport of the goods inside the building or to the upper or lower floors.

This option is only available for areas accessible to a truck/trailer. Feasibility and costs for Restricted Traffic Zones and Town Centres must be checked.

In some cases, it may be necessary to provide carrier assistance for unloading bulky items.

Standard delivery does not include unpacking, installation and assembly of furniture.

The average delivery time is 7-10 days from the arrival of the goods in our warehouse.

If the order includes several items, unless otherwise agreed, a single shipment will be made, which will take place after arrival of all products in the warehouse and completion of quality control.

Delivery and assembly

Delivery with assembly is available at the customer’s request and at a cost to be quantified. It includes delivery by appointment, assembly and installation of the furniture in the chosen room, and removal/disposal of packaging.
