Patricia Urquiola

Patricia Urquiola is an internationally acclaimed Spanish designer, born in Oviedo in 1961. Known for her eclectic and innovative approach to design, she has designed some of the most iconic products of the last decades.

After studying architecture in Madrid and Milan, Patricia Urquiola began her career working for major design companies, including De Padova, B&B Italia, Moroso and Molteni.

Over the years, she has developed a wide range of furniture and lighting products, earning a reputation as one of the most innovative and creative designers of her time.

One of the hallmarks of Patricia Urquiola’s design is her attention to detail and her ability to develop creations that are both elegant and functional. Many of her pieces are characterised by a strong feminine presence, combining soft, organic shapes with premium materials.
