Raffaele Alajmo

Raffaele Alajmo was born in Padua and has worked alongside his father since the beginning of his career in the management of Le Calandre. He then took over the restaurant’s management, to enhance the talent of his brother Massimiliano Alajmo, the youngest Italian chef in history to be awarded three stars by the Michelin Guide.
