Ginger Ale by Poltrona Frau comes with four types of bases:
- base with conical legs;
- five-spoke base with castors, available in both the 360° swivel version with fixed height and the version with height-adjustable gas spring. The wheels are soft self-braking swivel castors with black plastic support for the painted versions;
- four-spoke base;
- base with a column, in both the fixed and swivel versions, with a shock-absorbing device and automatic return to the starting position.
The metal base finishes for this armchair include cement and anthracite.
Ginger Ale armchair can also be requested with four solid ash legs, with Moka-stained or Wenge-stained finishes.
The shell of Ginger Ale by Poltrona Frau is in moulded thermoplastic polymer composite and is padded with polyurethane foam. Available versions are:
- painted anthracite
- painted cement colour
- upholstered in leather
- upholstered in Kvadrat fabric
